Challenge Instructions

The 14-Day Challenge officially starts on Sunday, September 15, 2019 and ends on Saturday, September 28, 2019.

All Before Photos, Videos, and Stats have to be submitted by midnight EST on Saturday, September 28, 2019 . Any submissions received after midnight EST on Saturday , September 28, 2019 will not be accepted. Any entries without a Before Photo, Before Video, or Before Stats without time stamps for proof will be rejected. 

**Your Testimonial Results are NOT based on WEIGHTLOSS.. This Challenge aims to improve your well-being! The winner will be judged on overall efforts and dedication to completing the 14 Day Challenge with the One and Done Program.**

How to take your Measurements for the Stats

  • Weight – please submit your weight in pounds
  • Waist – measure around the thickest part of your waist, right around your belly button
  • chevron-rightHips – measure around the widest part of your hips
  • chevron-rightThigh – take one step forward and measure the largest part of your thigh, close to your crotch area
  • chevron-rightBicep – measure around the roundest part of your bicep or upper arm, usually right in the middle

How to take “After” Pictures When You finish the Challenge

  • 1Make sure you have on a bathing suit or slim-fitted clothing that shows your figure. Try to wear the same clothing you wore in your “Before” photos. Hold a newspaper or something similar to show the date the photo was taken.
  • 2Check for plenty of lighting, and preferably find a plain background with nothing behind you. A plain white wall works great.
  • 3Take your first picture looking straight at the camera for your front shot.
  • 4Take the second photo from either side, it doesn’t matter if it’s left or right for your side profile.
  • 5Take the third shot looking away from the camera for your back shot.
  • 6Carefully examine each testimonial submission and make sure it is clear and in focus. You’ll want to look your best this is your final preview of your accomplishment of the 14 Day Challenge!

What to Say in Your After Testimonial Video

  • 1In your video, let us know your name and age, Tell us your story – this is what makes you UNIQUE!
  • 2Tell us a little about how you feel after completing the challenge.
  • 3Share with us your progress on your weight loss journey, and any medical or physical changes ( this includes your mental clarity -) you have experienced while completing the challenge. 

How to submit your Testimonial video along with your progress photos
