Challenge Instructions

The 14-Day Challenge officially starts on Monday, January 14, 2019 and ends on Monday, January 28, 2019 

All Before Photos, Videos, and Stats have to be submitted by midnight PST on Sunday , January 13, 2019  Any submissions received after midnight PST on Sunday , January 13, 2019 will not be accepted. Any entries without a Before Photo, a Before Video, and the Before Stats will be rejected.

How to take your Before Pictures to enter the Challenge

  • 1Make sure you have on your bathing suit or slim-fitted clothing that shows your figure. Hold a newspaper or something similar to show the date the photo was taken.
  • 2Check for plenty of lighting, and preferably with nothing behind you. A plain white wall works great.
  • 3Take your first picture looking straight at the camera for your front shot.
  • 4Take the second photo from either side, it doesn’t matter if it’s left or right for your side profile.
  • 5Take the third shot looking away from the camera for your back shot.
  • 6Carefully examine each picture and make sure it is clear and in focus. You’ll want the best looking picture!

What to Say in Your Before Video

  • 1In your video, let us know your name and age, so we know who you are 🙂
  • 2Tell us a little about what you want to accomplish in the next 14-days.
  • 3Describe some things that have stood in the way of your fitness goals. 

How To Submit Your Before Video

How to take your Measurements for the Stats

  • Weight – please submit your weight in pounds
  • Waist – measure around the thickest part of your waist, right around your belly button
  • chevron-rightHips – measure around the widest part of your hips
  • chevron-rightThigh – take one step forward and measure the largest part of your thigh, close to your crotch area
  • chevron-rightBicep – measure around the roundest part of your bicep or upper arm, usually right in the middle
