 👉Chocolate Avocado Pudding!⠀

INGREDIENTS: 
2 Avocados ( ripe ) pitted peeled
1/3 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 almond milk
1 pinch Cinnamon
3 teaspoons of Honey 

Steps:
Blend avocados, cocoa powder, honey, almond milk, and cinnamon in a blender until smooth. Refrigerate pudding until chilled, about 30 minutes. Top with a mint leaf ( if you would like)

This one is a fun one and perfect healthy tasty treat. This is a great way to feed your sweet tooth without feeling to guilty.😁😁😁⠀

Healthy Chocolate Covered Banana Popsicle Recipe///

‎We got a delicious recipe for you to try!⠀
 
👉Healthy Chocolate Covered Banana Popsicles!⠀

INGREDIENTS: 
3 Bananas frozen ( cut in half)
2 Cups Chocolate Chips
Popsicle Sticks
Ground Cinnamon

Option toppings: 
Toasted Coconut flakes 
Crushed Hazelnuts
Crushed Freeze Dried Berries
Coarse Sea Salt

Steps:
1.Cut ripe bananas in half widthwise.

2.Insert a popsicle stick in the bottom, leaving plenty of room for your hand to hold.

3.Place bananas on a baking sheet lined with parchment or a silicone baking mat and freeze at least 2-3 hours, up to overnight.
4.When you’re ready to dip the bananas, set out any desired toppings so your station is ready to go.

5.Prepare your chocolate shell by melting chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a saucepan over low heat until silky smooth.

6.Pour the melted chocolate mixture into a narrow glass (like a juice glass!).

7.Dip the frozen bananas into the chocolate mixture + immediately sprinkle with any desired toppings.

8.Place back on the baking sheet + repeat with remaining bananas.

9.Pop the bananas back into the freezer for a few minutes to harden, then transfer any that you’re not eating immediately to a freezer-safe bag and store in the freezer.

- 300 ml Water

Steps:
1.First, wash the herbs and the berries.

4.Before serving, wash the orange and lemon, cut them into slices and place them in the glass carafe.

5.Add a few herbs.

👉Homemade (Healthy Honey Nut) Granola!⁣⁣⠀⁣⠀⁠
⁣⁣⁣⠀⁣⠀⁠
INGREDIENTS: 
2 Cups Rolled Oats
⅓ Cup Chopped Pecans
¼ Cup Pumpkins Seeds
¼ ground Flax Seeds
⅔ Cup Whole Roasted Almonds
1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
¼ Cup Walnuts 
1 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil (Grapeseed Oil)
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil (Grapeseed Oil)
⅓ Cup Maple Syrup
2 Tablespoons Honey
¼ teaspoon Salt
Optional : Dried Fruit / Coconut Flakes

Steps:
1.Preheat the oven to 300º Line Baking sheet with Parchment Paper 

2.Combined all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl

3.In a separate bowl combine all your liquid ingredients, slowly stir in your granola covering evenly. 

4.Lay granola on a baking sheet on the parchment paper, evenly spreading the granola. 

5.Bake the Granola for 15 minutes. Evenly stir and mix on the baking sheet, baking for another 15-20 minutes. 

6.Cook until golden brown. 

7.Allow to cool before adding any dried fruits or chocolates.

This recipe makes up to 4 cups of Granola, stored in an airtight container for up to two weeks in a dry storage area. 

The Serving size is ¼ cup: ⅓ cup depending on what you are serving with it.

This one is a fun one and perfect for any occasion. Its great for the start of your day as breakfast or even as a bridge to your dinner for a lunch substitute.😁😁😁⠀

INGREDIENTS: 
1 1/2 cups lentils
1/2 red onion finely chopped
1/2 cup cherry tomato diced
1 green chili diced (Optional)
2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp chipotle powder
1 tsp paprika
Tumeric
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro 
1 head of lettuce for wraps

Steps:
Cook the lentils. 

Combine the lentils in a saucepan with 3 cups of water (or veggie broth) and
stir to combine. 

Cook over medium-high heat until the broth reaches a simmer. Then reduce
heat to medium-low, cover and maintain the simmer until the lentils are tender, about 20-25 minutes depending on the type of lentils used. 

Use a strainer to drain and rinse the lentils in cold water for 1 minute until they are chilled, and set aside. 

Season lentils and begin Preparing lettuce wraps and toppings. 

Dice the tomatoes and chilies, mince garlic. 

Scoop lentils into the wrap and add toppings, finish off with lime juice and enjoy. 

This one is a fun one and perfect for any gathering. Its a great way to get your taco fix all while putting a healthy spin on it.😁😁😁⠀

Healthy & Fresh Lentil Salad Recipe  ///

👉 Healthy & Fresh Lentil Salad ⁠
⁣⁣⁣⠀⁣⠀⁠
INGREDIENTS: 
1 1/2 cup uncooked lentils (either green, French green or brown lentils), rinsed and
picked over
1 English cucumber, finely diced
1 small red onion, finely diced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes 

LEMON DRESSING:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons freshly-squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly-cracked black pep


Steps:
Cook the lentils. 

Combine the lentils in a saucepan with 3 cups of water (or veggie broth)
and stir to combine. 

Cook over medium-high heat until the broth reaches a simmer.
Then reduce heat to medium-low, cover and maintain the simmer until the lentils are
tender, about 20-25 minutes depending on the type of lentils used. 

Use a strainer to drain and rinse the lentils in cold water for 1 minute until they are chilled, and set aside.

Mix the dressing. 

Meanwhile, as the lentils are cooking, combine all of the lemon dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together until combined.

Combine. 

Add the cooked and chilled lentils, cucumber, red onion, mint and sun-dried
tomatoes to a large bowl. 

Drizzle evenly with the lemon dressing and toss until evenly
combined.

Serve. Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 3-4 days.

Quick & Easy Healthy Banana Chip Recipe ///

We got a delicious recipe for you to try!⠀
 
👉 Quick & Easy Healthy Banana Chip Recipe⠀⁠
⁣⁣⁣⠀⁣⠀⁠
INGREDIENTS: 
○ 3 Bananas
○ 1/2 Lemon, juiced
○ Ground Cinnamon,

Steps:
1. Preheat your oven on 100°C / 250°F and line one (or two if needed) flat baking tray with baking paper or a baking mat.

2. Cut the Bananas into thin slices (1) and place them on the baking tray. Leave room between each slice.

3. Juice the Lemon and brush it over each slice. Turn the slices around and brush the other side.

4. Optional: sprinkle some Ground Cinnamon over the slices, using a small sieve or sifter to avoid lumps.
5. Bake in the oven for 1 hour or until the Bananas Slices can be flipped over (2). Turn each slice and bake for an additional 30 minutes (3).

6. Leave to cool down then transfer into an air-tight container.

Notes
1. I cut the bananas to a thickness of about 5mm / 0.2 inches. 

You can cut them thicker if preferred but they will need to bake longer. If cut thinner, I have found that they will break more easily.

2. If the bananas seem to be falling apart / turn too mush when you try to flip them, it means that they are not baked enough. The slices may stick to the baking paper – if it is the case, use a small sharp knife to lift up a side. 

They should then come off easily.

Also note that the cooler they get, the easier they will be to flip around as they harden.

3. Bake less or more the second time, depending on how crunchy or how chewy you want your chips to be. Note that they will harden once they cool off.

1. Put the ingredients in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge to chill for 2 hours. This will make them easier to roll. ⁠

2. Line a plate or baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll the mixture into about 12-14 balls and place them on the parchment paper.⁠

3. Chill again for 2 more hours to help solidify. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.⁠

⭐️ A nice treat that will keep your waistline happy.⠀⁣⠀⁠

⁠⏺️ Ingredients⁠
⁠
Raspberries, left out to remove moisture ⁠
1/2 cup almonds, roughly chopped (measure then chop)⁠
1 cup dark chocolate chips ⁠
⁠
⁠⏺️ Instructions⁠
⁠
1️⃣ Lay the raspberries on a paper towel or dish cloth to dry out.⁠
⁠
2️⃣ When the seeds have dried, begin melting the chocolate chips over a double boiler, stirring occasionally until all the chips have melted together. ( or microwave for 1 min stirring at 30 seconds) ⁠
⁠
3️⃣ While the chocolate chips are melting, roughly chop the almonds.⁠
⁠
4️⃣ Once the melted chocolate chips look nice and smooth, remove it from the heat and gently stir in the almonds and pomegranate seeds.⁠
⁠
5️⃣ Choc mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet making a little cluster.⁠
⁠
6️⃣ Place the chocolate seed clusters into the fridge for about an hour while the chocolate sets up.⁠

7️⃣ Eat straight from fridge enjoy ⁠
